Today , my papa tell me to call the Unifi people to configure some mail settings :/

" may I speak to your technician please? I have some problems regarding the mail settings . "

they so situpid.
I say I want to cari the technician
and the stupid guy just said,
no technicians available now and he will try to help me /.\
then I'm fine with it lorh -.-

tell him my problems
he fcking only know how to YES YES YES.
zzz I nearly want to scold him already -.-
Then I ask 1 questions so many times and he didn't even answered logically -.-
its like i am giving him question A , he go give me answer C.

I very bs already -.- talk for half an hour get nothing only -.-
then I hear him speak English I very very very uncomfortable /.\
ask him 1 more time, I want to talk to the technician /.\
then now he let me talk to the technician.

you know I spent my 15 minutes hearing the advertisements in phone when i'm trying to get to the technician's phone line?
cb finally someone picked up the phone and yeah, I repeated again.
but luckily, I get some info already la -.-

bloody hell that technician told me to enter my password and stuffs
and the technician kept telling me to retype it again maybe i will type wrong because it is quite long /.\
and in the end ,
he just told me,
that was the wrong password -.-

then i was like,
" OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOD! "

aih. Then i see the clock,
times up already -.-
need to tuition already.
I said goodbye to that technician and will disturb him again tomorrow.


Zzzzzz. I felt so upset for not able to help my dad to do small things. Haaaaih. What to do? Got a useless daughter here.  /.\

my dad said settle already XD
He said he scolded them until they speechless :PP
